Local Shipping
Canadian Customers are subject to shipping charges of $50. This is subject to increase for large, heavy items or based on shipping address.
Expected arrival date for local orders will vary by location. Please expect items to arrive in 3-5 business days.
Orders delivered within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or DHL. All products are made-to-order and take up to 12 weeks, once it is ready to ship, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will receive an order fulfillment notice with tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
International Shipping
Orders delivered outside Canada are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx. All products are made-to-order and take up to 12 weeks, once it is ready to ship, orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will receive an order fulfillment notice with tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
Shipments To USA - $75. Duties and Taxes May Apply.
International Shipments - $75 Duties and Taxes May Apply.
Expected arrival date for international orders will vary by location. Most cities in the USA can expect items to arrive in 4-8 business days. For international orders, please allow 10-14 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Former Girlfriend is not responsible for any additional custom fees, taxes or duties. A customs duty may be charged to the purchaser by a local government. By law, we cannot adjust the value of the order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
Return Policy
For all Former Girlfriend gowns, separates and accessories that are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. All items are FINAL SALE.
Damaged Items
All Former Girlfriend items are passed through a thorough quality control process before they are ready to be delivered. In the unlikely event that there is a minor defect or damage, we will address the issue within a reasonable time frame and cover the cost of shipping to do so. At our discretion, we may remedy the defect by:
(a) repairing the item
(b) replacing the item
(c) refunding the order price.
* Please note, minor pulls or fabric imperfections will not be deemed a fault.
If you discover a problem with your purchase upon receiving your item(s), you must notify Former Girlfriend within 2 days and return the item within 7 days. To report an issue, please email your order number, full name, a detailed description of the fault, and supporting photographs to sales@formergirlfriend.com, and we will provide further instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note: Former Girlfriend is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from alteration services performed on your gown by you or any third party.
